Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, and experience in restaurant environments. This role involves preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation. Responsibilities • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations • Handle food with proper hygiene practices, including food handling and storage • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances • Support catering events and special functions as needed • Serve dishes promptly while maintaining quality standards • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation during peak hours • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Requirements • Previous experience in restaurant kitchens is preferred • Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills and teamwork orientation • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed Resumen del puesto Buscamos un cocinero de línea cualificado y comprometido para unirse a nuestro equipo de cocina.
