Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develops, conducts and evaluates health education programs. • Researches, develops, designs and/or writes health education materials. • Develops, conducts and advises related support groups. • Develops and implements health education courses; conducts outreach programs. • Coordinates publicity for programs, events, and related activities. • May facilitate projects or activities related to attaining or maintaining accreditation. • Develops and maintains information concerning services pertaining to health education and health concerns. • May conduct or participate in research projects related to health issues. • Provides skill training related to health issues. • Performs related responsibilities as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in Health Education or a related field and two years of experience in an area related to health education, OR a combination of education, training and experience. NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
