Position Overview Emonics LLC is seeking a motivated and analytical Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team in New York. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with project managers, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and support solution design and implementation. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and business opportunities. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Analyze data to identify trends and generate actionable insights. Prepare detailed reports, business process documentation, and presentations. Support testing, validation, and implementation of new systems or process changes. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Internship or academic project experience in business analysis, consulting, or data analytics. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies. Understanding of IT systems, databases, or business intelligence tools.
