Emmanuel Kids Academy Job Posting: Daycare Director Position: Daycare Director Location: Conyers, Georgia Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Daycare Director to lead our childcare center. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children while managing staff, operations, and parent relationships. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities. • Ensure compliance with state licensing and childcare regulations. • Recruit, train, and supervise teachers and support staff. • Manage budgets, enrollment, and administrative records. • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility. • Build strong relationships with parents and the community. Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of childcare or educational leadership experience. • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). • Knowledge of State Programs: Georgia Lottery, CACFP, CAPS Preferred Skills • Experience with curriculum planning and staff development. • Knowledge of child development and early learning standards. • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively. • Software: MS Office (Word and Excel), Pro Care, Minute Menu/KidKare Benefits • Competitive salary • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development opportunities ✅ How to Apply Please send your resume and cover letter to Scholarseka@gmail.com.
