The Senior Client Delivery Lead (Technical) is a strategic role focused on delivering complex, client-facing projects with a strong emphasis on technical execution and product expertise. This position requires advanced knowledge of our platform capabilities, API integrations, and process optimization. This position does not include team management responsibilities but demands senior-level experience in scoping, onboarding improvements, and driving product enhancements through collaboration with cross-functional teams. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 7+ years of project management experience in a technical or SaaS environment • Proven experience with API integrations and technical troubleshooting DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS: • Strategic thinker with strong technical problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex client requirements into actionable technical solutions • Expert in onboarding process improvements and product optimization • High level of accountability and ownership in delivering technical projects ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support technical scoping sessions with internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements are captured before project kickoff • Manage complex projects, often including API integrations between client systems and internal platforms with precision • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of technical deliverables prior to launch • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement enhancements, vendor API integrations and resolve technical issues • Drive onboarding improvements to streamline client experience and reduce time-to-value by introducing AI and automation into our processes and Product capabilities • Provide strategic input on product improvements based on client feedback and technical feasibility • Other as required DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Proficiency in API concepts (REST, JSON, authentication methods) • Advanced understanding of SaaS product architecture and capabilities • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira) • Strong analytical and documentation skills • Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously • Deep understanding of EML’s product capabilities and ability to leverage them for client success WHAT WE OFFER: • Health Insurance • Dental and Vision insurance • Employer-paid Life and Disability insurance • 401k plan with employer match • Paid time off including: (upto) 25 days of PTO & Holidays • Robust Parental Leave • Birthday Leave • Volunteer Leave EEO Statement EML Payments provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
