We are a rapidly expanding consulting and management firm located in the Portland area. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about business, leadership development, and has a strong entrepreneurial mindset. In our Entry Level Management role, we will train you to not only manage and organize a team but also to effectively execute our clients' marketing strategies. This will involve showcasing your interpersonal skills when engaging with customers, presenting products and services, interpreting feedback, and mastering time management. As our team continues to grow, we need someone who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, supports and motivates others, and contributes to our innovative campaigns. In this role, you will be mentored by Senior Managers to develop exceptional customer service skills as you become the primary contact for our clients. You will also support our sales team by managing campaigns, overseeing accounts, and optimizing territories to meet client and customer needs. Our goal is to prepare you to represent our clients professionally while learning how to manage campaigns and teams to expand into new territories and increase the company's market share. Responsibilities for Entry Level Management: • Train alongside our Customer Service and Sales teams to understand daily operations, product/service knowledge, and campaign strategies. • Engage directly with customers in a professional, effective, and empathetic manner to build rapport and trust. • Collaborate in an energetic team environment to drive growth and profitability for the company. • Gain comprehensive knowledge from Senior Management on how to lead a team and implement innovative approaches for campaign development and company expansion. • Demonstrate leadership by working closely with top Managers to oversee a team and ensure that sales and customer needs are met. Qualifications for Entry Level Management: • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with both teams and customers. • Ability to solve problems and work both independently and under supervision. • Strong organizational skills to manage a small team and multiple customer accounts simultaneously. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a reliable work ethic, motivated to challenge yourself and encourage others to succeed.
