Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting customers through in-person • Communication • Marketing • Sales consultations • Resolving inquiries and concerns • Acquiring new small business accounts Daily tasks include maintaining accurate customer interaction records, collaborating with team members to improve service processes, and providing timely solutions to customers. Qualifications • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction • Experience with Customer Service Representatives and building positive Customer Experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on resolution and efficiency • Capability to handle a fast-paced, customer-centered environment • Effective organizational and time management skills • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is advantageous
