Emerson seeks a Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts in the Building Automation industry. • Grow the Flexim business and elevate product knowledge and strategy of account managers in the Midwest District. • Develop sales across multiple industries, including Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power, W&WW, mining, Pulp & Paper, and Power Generation. • Coordinate with the Regional Manager to align sales & marketing strategies. • Be the primary point of contact for distributors and customers for all product and application requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a Technical field, with minimum six years of industry experience, three of which must be in sales or marketing. They should also have strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with Flow Technology.
