Full Description

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Content Project Manager to join our team — someone who will drive content initiatives from brief to delivery, aligning stakeholders, managing creative workflows, ensuring brand consistency, and continuously optimizing processes based on performance insights. Job responsibilities Handling and evaluating content requests from internal teams: marketing, local offices, Supply; Defining project goals, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders; Creating briefs for copywriters, designers, and external vendors; sourcing talent when needed; Contributing to content strategy and creative ideation; Managing content projects end-to-end: timelines, quality, brand alignment; Coordinating workflows: task distribution and team workload management; Reviewing and approving materials; providing constructive feedback; Communicating with all project stakeholders: marketing, production, vendors; Delivering final content to relevant publishing channels; Analyzing content performance with analytics teams; applying insights for improvement; Optimizing content team processes and tools. 3+ years of experience in content marketing or content project management; Knowledge of content marketing principles, localization, and working with target audiences; Completed projects include: marketing and product landing pages, gamification, white papers, checklists, reports, and articles; Experience working with contractors and agencies to execute content projects; Proficient in project management tools; Experience with performance metrics and web analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica); Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear content briefs; Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, design, analytics, and external vendors; English C1.
