We're looking for a skilled and proactive Content Project Manager to join our team — someone who will drive content initiatives from brief to delivery, aligning stakeholders, managing creative workflows, ensuring brand consistency, and continuously optimizing processes based on performance insights. Job responsibilities • Handling and evaluating content requests from internal teams: marketing, local offices, Supply; • Defining project goals, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders; • Creating briefs for copywriters, designers, and external vendors; sourcing talent when needed; • Contributing to content strategy and creative ideation; • Managing content projects end-to-end: timelines, quality, brand alignment; • Coordinating workflows: task distribution and team workload management; • Reviewing and approving materials; providing constructive feedback; • Communicating with all project stakeholders: marketing, production, vendors; • Delivering final content to relevant publishing channels; • Analyzing content performance with analytics teams; applying insights for improvement; • Optimizing content team processes and tools. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in content marketing or content project management; • Knowledge of content marketing principles, localization, and working with target audiences; • Completed projects include: marketing and product landing pages, gamification, white papers, checklists, reports, and articles; • Experience working with contractors and agencies to execute content projects; • Proficient in project management tools; • Experience with performance metrics and web analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica); • Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear content briefs; • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, design, analytics, and external vendors; • English C1.
