Position Overview Emerging Tech is seeking an Agile Project Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Records Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO). This role supports critical integration efforts between Oracle Health, VA, and non-VA systems, with a focus on HealthShare HealthConnect. The Agile Project Manager will provide program-level support across Agile delivery teams, helping drive operational excellence, coordination, and continuous process improvement. This role works closely with leadership, scrum teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across schedules, risks, metrics, and delivery milestones. This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities Provide Agile program management support by applying project management, risk management, and business analysis practices to promote operational excellence, quality assurance, resiliency, and process improvement. Work closely with management and scrum teams to coordinate value streams and support program execution. Lead and support communication and coordination activities, including tracking actions, risks, lessons learned, compliance items, metrics reporting, forecasting, and meeting preparation and facilitation. Support Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Product Line Management methodologies by helping mature development efforts and drive continuous process improvement. Coordinate with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) teams, Integrated Testing Services (ITS), and Office of Information and Technology (OIT) program and project integration teams to ensure alignment across delivery efforts. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of professional work experience. Experience managing Information Technology–related projects. Experience tracking project costs, schedules, and performance metrics. Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline, or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting VA programs. Experience implementing Electronic Health Record systems.
