Are you an expert in Workday with a passion for building solutions from scratch and integrating complex systems? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for a Workday Technical Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Lead all phases of Workday integrations: from requirement gathering to development, including complex reporting and data initialization. Build and manage complex integrations using Workday Studio. Implement authentication mechanisms and third-party integrations with EIB. Develop and deliver advanced and matrix reports for critical business needs. Support headcount management and various staffing processes to ensure alignment with business goals. Skills & Expertise: Proficient in Workday Studio Integration and Workday Reporting. In-depth experience with EIB for third-party integrations. Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent knowledge of Workday security protocols, authentication mechanisms, and data handling. Familiarity with Workday Core HCM modules and related staffing processes. Ability to work as an individual contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
