Overview The Study Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of clinical studies by providing day-to-day coordination and communication between study sites, vendors, sponsors, and the internal project team. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Study Coordinator reports to the Project Lead and ensures all activities align with study timelines, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Key Responsibilities · Provide daily support to the Project Lead and assist with study oversight. · Maintain organization of study materials, timelines, deliverables, and documentation in accordance with regulatory, sponsor, and company standards. · Communicate regularly with investigative sites and vendors to collect essential documents and follow up on outstanding items. · Track and report project deliverables, enrollment status, and key study metrics. · Support the preparation, submission, and tracking of regulatory documents and IRB applications/modifications. · Participate in sponsor and vendor teleconferences and document meeting minutes. · Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are met with quality and accuracy. · Uphold confidentiality and professional conduct in all interactions. Required Skills and Competencies · Strong client service orientation with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. · Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. · Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. · Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. · Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and Outlook; familiarity with Canva is a plus. Preferred Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related discipline preferred. · Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in clinical research or demonstrated performance excellence in a similar role.
