Best regards, Charles Rodriguez President & CEO – Emergency Solutions, LLC 📞 561-305-4689 📧 cr@emergency-solutions.org 🌐 www.emergencysolutionsus.com Job Responsibilities: Conduct dermatology-focused patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical dermatologic conditions Provide minor surgical procedures (biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, etc.) Perform cosmetic dermatology services (injectables, laser, peels – as appropriate) Collaborate with supervising physicians to ensure continuity and quality of care Document all patient encounters in EMR system accurately and timely Qualifications: Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Michigan (or ability to obtain) Minimum 1 year of dermatology experience (required) Proficiency in medical dermatology; cosmetic dermatology experience preferred Surgical dermatology skills highly valued Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interactions Working Hours: Standard: 4-day workweek (clinic hours typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Occasional flexibility for evening or weekend clinics based on patient demand Full-time role with growth potential as patient volume increases Skills: Ability to practice independently in a busy, high-volume clinical setting Strong diagnostic, procedural, and patient education skills Commitment to patient-centered care and long-term relationships Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional approach
