We are partnered with a national law firm holding a practice dedicated to the collection of delinquent government receivables. For over 40 years they have been providing customized collection programs for their public sector clientele. Located in Broomfield, they offer excellent training, benefits, and room for advancement. They are seeking Spanish or Portuguese speaking customer service reps to join their small call center team. REWARDS • Grow your phone and communication skills • Gaining excellent experience in a professional (law) environment • This role pays $20/hour on a temporary to permanent basis • Benefits available upon conversion (Health Insurance & 401k) • Bonus opportunities available upon conversion REQUIREMENTS: • Availability during the hours: 11am-8pm Mon-Thur and 9am-6pm on Fridays • Ability to speak both English and Spanish or Portuguese fluently • Previous phone or call center experience preferred but not required RESPONSIBILITIES • Both collections and customer service • The goal of this role is to collect funds for government clients • Assisting with customers understanding the charges they have incurred • Creating a reasonable repayment plan that makes sense for their income and budget Emerge is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
