You've spent years building interfaces, refining UX, and cleaning up after rushed decisions. You've got the scars (and the Git history) to prove it. Now you want in early. On something real. Where the codebase is clean, the vision is global, and your decisions shape how things scale. Our client: Our client is helping rebuild a global airport transfer system from the ground up. Two greenfield platforms. Millions of users. Zero legacy clutter. • A customer-facing booking app with beautiful UI and seamless UX • A global internal CRM/CMS that supports teams in real-time The backend and AI engineers are in place. Now it's your turn to own the frontend. This isn't a cog-in-the-wheel gig. You'll be the first in-house frontend developer in Cyprus. That means influence. Autonomy. And serious headroom to grow as they scale into a full frontend team in 2026. Your day-to-day: • Build new user-facing features from scratch • Create reusable libraries for long-term use • Make sure designs aren't just prettytheyre performant • Optimise for speed, accessibility, and scalability • Collaborate with backend devs, designers, and global stakeholders • Validate everything. Smooth UX starts with clean input Your toolkit: • 5+ years of frontend dev experience (enterprise-level apps) • Expert in JavaScript (ES5/ES6), HTML5, CSS3 • Skilled in UI/UX implementation and interaction design • Strong grasp of OOP, design patterns, and modular component architecture • Comfortable with Git and async/AJAX workflows • (Bonus) Some PHP familiarity You must be: • Based in Cyprus (yes, already here) • An EU citizen or permanent resident (no work visas - sorry) • You have key areas covered in your experience such as UI/UX, core JavaScript, design patterns, component framework architecture, HTML5, CSS3, and overall UX UI design.
