Portland's Most Admired Staffing Agency is looking to add an internal recruiter. Your day will involve developing new and existing relationships with candidates and clients. Our model is simple, find employers great employees & find employees great opportunities. Overview We are seeking an outgoing Staffing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent in various positions. You will develop strong relationships with local employers and play a crucial role in their recruiting process. You will also be responsible for continuing to develop our footprint in the Portland market. Responsibilities • Conduct thorough employee evaluations to assess candidate suitability for specific roles. • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Avionte to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. • Perform cold calling to engage potential candidates and promote job opportunities. • Leverage employee relations skills to maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Conduct research to identify new sourcing methods and improve recruitment processes. • Develop relationships with new and existing clients. Skills • Proficiency in employee evaluation techniques and leveraging ATS systems for recruitment management. • Strong research skills to identify potential candidates and sourcing strategies. • Experience with cold calling and engaging candidates effectively. • Excellent employee relations capabilities to foster a positive hiring environment. • Familiarity with HR software such as Avionte is preferred but not required. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (in-office) Pay: $42,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year We offer employees weekly paychecks (direct deposit), and upon eligibility we offer health insurance (Kaiser), accrued paid sick time (Oregon Paid Sick Leave), and a retirement option (OregonSaves).
