Regional Sales Executive – Workers’ Compensation / Occupational Health Location: New York Metro Area Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation: $275K–$400K (Base + Commission + Incentives) Overview of the Regional Sales Executive – Workers’ Compensation / Occupational Health A leading national healthcare organization is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Executive to expand its Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Health business across the New York metro region. This is a senior, market-facing position responsible for building strategic partnerships with brokers, payors, employer groups, and TPAs to drive new revenue and strengthen the company’s presence in employer health solutions. Key Responsibilities for the Regional Sales Executive – Workers’ Compensation / Occupational Health • Develop and execute a regional sales plan targeting employer health and workers’ compensation accounts. • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, payors, TPAs, and employer networks. • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate partnerships and contracts. • Collaborate with internal leadership and clinical operations to ensure successful delivery of occupational health services. • Represent the organization at industry events and maintain strong visibility in the workers’ comp community. Ideal Background • 5–10+ years of business development experience in occupational health, employer health, or workers’ compensation networks. • Prior experience at organizations such as Concentra, Medcor, Premise Health, U.S. HealthWorks, or NovaCare is highly preferred. • Established network within brokers and payors in the NY metro market. • Proven track record of quota achievement and closing multi-stakeholder partnerships.
