Please do not share outside of the organization. Location: The Senior Analyst - Data, Process & Operational Excellence is a remote position from the United States. Your Role: An exceptional opportunity has arisen within our Finance systems team. As the Senior Analyst - Data, Process & Operational Excellence you will focus on enhancing the quality and efficiency of financial data reporting, as well as contributing to operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to bring a unified data strategy and optimized processes. Key Responsibilities: Drive key processes which are critical for optimal functioning of Life Science finance. Developing scalable solutions for process governance and validation in coordination with cross-functional teams. Partnering with MITC and project teams to identify bottlenecks in existing reporting and analytics processes and to improve existing reporting processes. Leading business case development and feasibility studies for various internal projects. Identifying unexplored areas that could benefit from comprehensive analysis for trend identification and forecasting. In this position, you will gain insights into existing processes, model new workflows and reporting systems, and work closely with technical teams to implement small-scale pilots before scaling successful solutions. Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related fields and 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles. OR Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related fields and 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles. 3 + years of experience in finance tools like IBM TM1, Oracle Hyperion etc., SAP BPC and ability to utilize ERP to do root cause analysis Proficient in Project Management. Preferred Qualifications: Strong skills in handling large volumes of data Expertise in visualization tools like Tableau Deep understanding of finance operations, reporting metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Experience in implementing governance and compliance best practices. Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Passionate about data-driven decision making, commercial operations, and governance. Expertise in visualization tools like Tableau will be a plus Expertise in programming languages like Python will be a plus Pay Range for this position: $95,800 - $143,800 Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
