We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Production Associate to join our operations team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and production activities to ensure efficient workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Perform production tasks such as assembling, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.) safely and efficiently • Load and unload materials and finished goods • Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support the team Requirements: • Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily goals • Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team • Basic understanding of warehouse equipment and safety practices Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $22.40 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
