The Opportunity The Assistant Director of Training & Recruitment Content collaborates closely with the Senior Director of Recruitment and the Director of Operations to oversee the prospect recruitment materials, events and training. The position provides support to Assistant Directors of Recruitment (ADRs), Recruitment Counselors (RCs), Regional Recruitment Counselors (RCs), and the Recruitment Operations team. The Assistant Director provides ongoing training and development to the Recruitment department to ensure compliance with departmental and institutional policies and procedures. The position requires a strong communications background and the ability to review marketing collateral to align with the needs of the WW Student Recruitment department. The position requires strong analytical, problem solving, time management, and statistical skills to assist with analyzing prospecting trends, workflows, production, and numerous reports regularly. The position requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to mentor and support the Recruitment Operations division. The Assistant Director must have the ability to formulate and articulate policies, procedures, expectations, and practices. This position requires excellent judgement and decision-making skills. The Assistant Director is responsible for keeping current with relevant statistics and procedures of the recruitment department. This position collaborates with the Director of Operations and the Assistant Director of Operations to develop, execute, and Assess division processes. Qualifications Required Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5-10 years of related work experience Requirements to be able to drive a university vehicle: Must possess and maintain a valid, US driver’s license. In some instances, a valid Class C (CDL) license may be required. Must meet the University’s standards for approved drivers. Unacceptable driving records (as stated in the Use of Equipment and Vehicles Procedure 1.17) include the following (for three years from the date of each occurrence): Three (3) or more at-fault accidents and/or moving violations in the previous 36 months. Two (2) or more at-fault accidents or two (2) or more moving violations in the past year. Conviction for driving while impaired (DWI, DUI within the last five (5) years). Conviction for death by vehicle, hit and run, racing, careless and reckless driving, implied consent in the previous five (5) years. Serious violations result in immediate disqualification and revocation of driver privileges. The following are examples of serious violations: Speeding over 15 mph of the posted limit, driving under the Influence of alcohol or drugs, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless or careless driving, Use of vehicle in (drug trafficking, reckless homicide, soliciting), unlawful use of weapons, driving under suspension or revocation, fleeing a police officer, vehicle theft, Improper or illegal lane change, following too close, and passing a stopped school bus while stop sign is engaged.
