ABOUT US Emberos exists to bring predictive intelligence and clarity to a world where AI is already shaping decisions. We help brands understand how AI interprets and represents them at the moment of discovery and how that understanding compounds over time. By revealing emerging patterns before assumptions harden into belief, we give leaders foresight into what is taking shape and the ability to act early. This is not just monitoring. It’s predictive intelligence designed for an AI-mediated world. As AI increasingly defines what people see, trust, and choose, Emberos serves as a grounding force for truth by bringing clarity to how meaning forms today and how it evolves tomorrow. We’re a small, fast-moving team building something foundational, and we’re looking for people who want to shape what comes next. THE ROLE Emberos is looking for a versatile, creative, and detail-oriented Frontend Design Engineer to shape the experience of our AI-driven products: how they look, how they feel, and how they work. You'll turn complex data into clear, delightful interfaces, designing and developing highly responsive UIs for both high-touch support interactions and seamless self-serve workflows. You're a product-minded frontend engineer who cares deeply about craft and clarity. You believe that in an AI-native product, the interface is the product. You thrive in ambiguity, move with speed, and hold yourself to a standard of pixel-perfect polish without sacrificing technical rigor. For consideration, please include a link to your online portfolio on your resume with your application. WHAT YOU’LL DO + BUILD • Build dashboards, simulation flows, and interactive visualizations that make complex data easy to understand and act on • Develop responsive, performant, and scalable frontend applications • Partner closely with backend and data science teams to integrate APIs and ensure frontend systems accurately reflect underlying models and data • Apply strong design judgment directly in code, crafting interfaces that are clear, cohesive, and make probabilistic information understandable • Translate high-level product goals and model outputs into intuitive, reliable user experiences through rapid prototyping and iteration • Design user journeys that are engaging, visually distinctive, and built for production • Build and evolve the product's design system, component library, and interaction patterns to ensure consistent, polished experiences across the product MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE • 4+ years of frontend developer experience creating prototypes or wireframes for web applications or workflows experience • Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) • Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including responsive and adaptive design) • Experience designing and implementing data visualizations (e.g., D3.js, Recharts, or similar libraries) • A strong eye for visual design, typography, layout, and brand consistency • Hands-on experience with Figma or other design/prototyping tools • Understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and usability testing • Ability to collaborate across disciplines (engineering, product, and data) NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED) • Familiarity with motion design, WebGL, or other advanced interactive design tools • Experience working with AI, data platforms, analytics tools, or ML-adjacent products Emberos is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment; dedicated to providing equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ethnicity, ancestry, religion, creed, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship status, marital status, disability, gender identity, gender expression, and veteran status.
