Key Responsibilities • Create and publish engaging job ads and marketing content with full support and resources provided. • Respond promptly to candidate enquiries about our online courses and live events. • Conduct structured discovery calls and consultative interviews (scripts and guidance provided). • Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up communication within our CRM system. • Coordinate schedules, update client profiles, and oversee smooth onboarding of new partners. • Utilise digital tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and online scheduling platforms. • Actively participate in personal development, growing alongside a supportive global community.
