Location: Orlando, FL Job Type: Full-time Reports to: Operations Manager At Embark Safety, we’re building technology that helps companies spot risky drivers early, reduce accidents, and protect their people. We’ve been fortunate to grow fast — and now we’re looking for someone who wants to help run the day-to-day of a growing tech company, not just support it. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys variety: working with customers, managing business systems, keeping the office running smoothly, and ensuring the operational engine behind our growth runs smoothly. What You’ll Own A typical week might include: • Being a front-line point of contact for customers and partners via phone, email, and chat • Owning key business workflows like invoicing, payment tracking, and account updates using QuickBooks • Keeping revenue and customer operations flowing by partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership • Preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining clean, accurate records • Managing task queues, tickets, and follow-ups to hit quality and response-time targets • Spotting inefficiencies and improving processes that save time and reduce errors • Jumping into “all hands” moments as our Operations team tackles new challenges This Role Is For You If You… • Enjoy switching between customers, systems, and internal operations throughout the day • Take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and clean processes • Like owning work instead of waiting to be told what to do • Want exposure to how a fast-growing SaaS company runs across operations, sales, and finance What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of experience in operations, office management, customer support, or administrative roles • Strong communication skills — confident on the phone and in writing • Solid Excel/Word skills (filters, sorting, basic formulas, formatting) • High attention to detail and comfort working across multiple systems at once Bonus: Experience working in QuickBooks or other billing/accounting platforms Compensation & Perks • $45,000–$55,000 (based on experience) • 100% company-paid medical, dental & vision • Flexible PTO + paid holidays • Hybrid work model (Orlando-based) • Annual bonus • Free snacks (we keep you fueled!)
