Overview Location: 1445 Research Blvd, Rockville, MD 20850 (On-site)Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (Occasionally early morning presence and early evening presence.)Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 annually Embark Behavioral Health’s Rockville Outpatient Clinic is seeking a Licensed Assistant Clinical Director to join our mission-driven team reducing adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression, and suicide. This leadership role supports our OP, IOP, and PHP programs, ensuring clinical excellence and compassionate care. Responsibilities Oversee treatment planning, progress monitoring, and aftercare coordination. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and crisis interventions. Collaborate with the Clinic Director on daily operations and staff supervision. Ensure compliance with documentation, licensure, and regulatory standards. Mentor clinicians and contribute to training initiatives. Qualifications Fully licensed in Maryland as an LCSW, LMFT & LCPC. Expertise in trauma-informed care and multi-modal approaches. Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills. Ability to maintain boundaries and foster trusting relationships.
