The Vice President of Email Marketing will lead our email marketing strategy, driving customer engagement and retention through innovative campaigns and data-driven insights. Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall email marketing strategy to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Oversee the design and implementation of effective automated email workflows. Analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels. Manage and mentor a team of email marketing professionals. 8+ years of experience in email marketing or related field, with a focus on leadership roles. Proven expertise in email marketing platforms and tools. Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation. Exceptional communication and project management skills.
