Create and oversee the execution of digital and print assets, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate across teams to enhance the brand experience.
Requires 6+ years of graphic design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with digital marketing and luxury brands.
Position Objective Responsible for the creative execution of all digital and printed assets for elysewalker stores and elysewalker.com, including web and digital marketing assets to support all brand marketing. The Graphic Design Manager will report directly to the Digital Content Director and work closely with E-commerce, PR + Events, and In-store Visual Merchandising teams to create digital and printed collateral. The position requires a strong emphasis on graphic design and content creation. Key Areas of Responsibilities • Plan, create, and conceptualize brand graphic design • Execute with design quality, brand consistency, and consumer-first thinking • Maintain, evolve, and translate elysewalker’s design guidelines across multiple platforms to create a cohesive and thoughtful brand experience • Responsible for staying up to date on the latest industry trends, while looking outside of the world of fashion for inspiration • Create and adapt concepts into assets for distribution across digital touch points, including website content, digital marketing assets, marketing emails, social media content, and event invitations • Oversee the production process for digital asset creation from start to finish • UI/UX design for elysewalker.com • Creation of print-ready assets for store windows, visual displays, event collateral, and printed mailers • Creation of brand decks for internal and external use. • Digital asset management, organization, and distribution Required Skills • Bachelor of Arts degree • 6+ Years of relevant graphic design experience • Experience with luxury fashion/accessories/apparel is preferred • Understanding of consumer behavior in the digital space (especially luxury brands), the nuances of online functionality, digital marketing, and digital trends and best practices • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-design, Premiere pro and Aftereffects • Knowledge of Klayvio Email platform, Figma, and Asana • Ability to maintain consistent graphic standards with strong attention to detail and typography • Post-production, retouching, and editing for photography and video skills a plus • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint • Flexibility in juggling multiple projects, managing schedules and deadlines with the ability to work well under pressure. • Detail-oriented and organized with a collaborative attitude • This position is based in our Culver City Corporate office We Offer • Health Insurance & Wellness Benefits Package • Retirement Benefits Package • Benefits & Perks, including PTO & Employee Discount
