Production Laborer Elwood Staffing is seeking reliable, hardworking Production Laborers to join our manufacturing team. This role plays a vital part in the production of concrete pavers and retaining wall blocks. Apply at Company Profile A leading manufacturer of high-quality hardscape and concrete products. Our Parker Ford, PA facility produces pavers, blocks, and other landscape construction materials used by contractors and homeowners throughout the region. What's in it for you? Production Laborer Details: • Temporary position • $19.00 /hour • Full Time work available • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm) • Load, stack, and package concrete products • Inspect finished materials for quality • Assist with machine operation and production line tasks • Perform general labor duties, including cleanup and material handling • Follow all plant safety procedures and wear required PPE • Work in a fast-paced, industrial environment • Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Production Laborer Qualifications: • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment • Comfortable working around heavy machinery • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout an 8–12 hour shift • Reliable transportation to the Parker Ford facility • Ability to follow safety rules and instructions • Forklift experience is a plus • Applicant may be subject to a background check • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
