Machine Operator Lead Details: • Temp-to-Hire position • $25.00 /hour • Full Time work available • Weekend work required • First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 05:00am to 02:30pm) What You’ll Do • Lead, train, and support machine operators on the drinks production line • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor maintenance • Ensure quality standards, GMP, safety, and compliance protocols are met • Track performance metrics using Redzone • Set up equipment according to the production schedule • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives • Maintain documentation, logs, and equipment calibration records Machine Operator Lead Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of machine operation experience (manufacturing/food/pharma required) • Strong mechanical aptitude & experience with complex or computer-controlled machinery • Ability to train and guide a team in a high-tempo production environment • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required • Applicant may be subject to a background check • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
