Bilingual CSR English/Spanish Details: • Temp-to-Hire position • $16.00 /hour • Part Time work available • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 05:30pm) • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email • Process orders, new member applications, renewals, and returns • Upsell products and current promotions on all calls • Provide accurate information regarding compensation plans, products, and promotional programs • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and event registrations • Maintain established service levels and call quality standards • Accurately document all customer interactions using support systems Bilingual CSR English/Spanish Qualifications: • Must Live in UTAH • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 30 words per minute typing speed; ten-key experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to promote and upsell products Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and maintain productivity without direct supervision • Friendly, professional attitude with a focus on providing excellent service Previous experience in customer support or a similar role preferred • Experience in direct sales or membership-based organizations is a plus • Applicant may be subject to a background check • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
