Purchasing Card/ Travel Desk Manager- Remote Ready to take charge of corporate card and travel operations? Join us as our Purchasing Card & Travel Desk Manager and lead policy enforcement, fraud prevention, vendor management, and spend analytics, all while improving the employee travel experience. Purchasing Card/ Travel Desk Manager- Remote Details: • Contract position • $23.00 /hour • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) The Purchasing Card and Travel Desk Manager oversees the corporate card program and travel services, ensuring compliance, cost control, and user satisfaction. This role manages vendor relationships, policy enforcement, and reporting. Key Responsibilities include: • Administer the corporate purchasing card (P-Card) and travel programs. • Develop and enforce policies for card usage and travel bookings. • Monitor transactions for compliance and fraud prevention. • Manage relationships with card issuers and travel service providers. • Maintain the Travel Desk, provide training and support to employees on card and travel policies. • Manage the TMC company and the Card Providers. • Generate reports on spend, usage trends, and policy violations.
