This individual will work cross functionally, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of property onboarding, offboarding, and other special projects while promoting efficiency, collaboration, and innovation within the organization. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Project management • Client relationships and communication • Relationship management • Organizational skills • Time management skills • Analysis skills • Ethical conduct • Communication proficiency • Ability to lead and motivate others Essential Job Functions • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets for all property onboardings and offboarding, managing stakeholders and deliverables across multiple departments. • Work alongside and with stakeholders to stay ahead of projects and suggest out of the box solutions to project barriers. • Assist high level leaders with tracking and monitoring project success, ensuring any issues putting a project at risk are solved proactively. • Communicate with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and senior management to define project requirements and expectations and secure needed deliverables and questionnaires are completed. • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle to make continuous improvements and design processes that are not overly cumbersome. • Serve as a hub of information, ensuring key issues and deliverables are communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner. • Evaluate project performance and implement improvements to future projects. • Monitor and ensure the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations. • Identify potential project risks, including scheduling delays, budget overruns, and resource constraints. • Proactively address project challenges, adapting plans as necessary to keep the project on track. • Establish clear project timelines, setting deadlines for tasks and deliverables, working cross functionally to help ensure deliverables are met on time. • Gather and collect necessary information and deliverables to track project status, and remove barriers to success when needed. • Assist in an execution role as a contributor to projects as needed. • Document lessons learned and post-project reviews to improve future project management processes. • Performs additional duties as assigned. Specific Education Or Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager • Proficiency in project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Wrike, ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.) • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment Physical Demands And Work Environment • Frequently sit, stand and walk. • Regularly required to talk or hear. • Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. • Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. • Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary.
