What You’ll Be Doing Most of your focus will be recruiting (aka matchmaking for dream jobs). You’ll find, connect with, and interview amazing people, especially in tech, design, and operations. You’ll manage the hiring funnel from first contact to offer while making sure every candidate feels seen, appreciated, and excited to join EllieMD. You’ll also wear a light HR hat. Helping with onboarding, payroll coordination, and keeping our people systems organized. It’s part strategy, part heart, and all about making the team experience great from start to finish. Your Day-to-Day Might Include • Writing and posting job descriptions that actually sound human • Sourcing high-quality candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms • Holding professional, friendly, and insightful first interviews • Coordinating with hiring managers to move candidates through the process • Keeping our applicant tracking organized (you’ll make Type A people proud) • Helping new hires onboard smoothly and feel like part of the family • Supporting payroll and other light HR tasks as needed You’ll Love This Role If You Are… • A people person through and through.
