Job Description : Business Analyst has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify and manage the business requirements needs of the project. He/she will also participate in the testing, implementation and support phases of the project. Position: Junior Business & Data Analyst Location: Jersey City, NJ Full Time Roles and Responsibilities : • Analyse business models and projects to determine loopholes and areas that need development and upgrade • Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication. • Analyse the vision and scope of new projects, services and softwares. • Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and trends and implement these changes into new projects and services. • Make presentations and arrange meetings to discuss data driven changes and improvements. • Collect customer feedback and concerns through surveys, questionnaires or workshops. • Optimise budget for various requirements and ensure cost efficiency • Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritise work. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
