Job Description: As a Technical Lead Engineer, you are senior member of the team who is responsible for ensuring the quality, architectural integrity, and technical health of one or more applications. You will take leadership over different technical projects, mentor engineers, drive technical strategy in partnership with seasoned engineers, build and oversee technical debt backlog and promote continuous improvement over Elite’s SDLC and DevOps. This position requires deep expertise in finance business-critical and cloud-native solutions, along with a relentless drive for technical excellence, scalability, and innovation in modern engineering workflows. You will play a critical role setting technical direction for our Financial SaaS applications and collaborating with multiple teams. What You’ll Do: Lead architectural design and long-term technical strategy across complex systems and applications. Write and review clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices for testing, documentation, and maintainability. Oversee end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including scope, risk, performance, and release management. Design and implement scalable system and data architectures aligned with business goals and cost efficiency. Evaluate and integrate modern technologies, frameworks, and platforms to optimize performance and future-proof solutions. Build and maintain a technical debt backlog, ensuring continuous improvement across SDLC and DevOps practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, and QA teams to ensure alignment with user and business needs. Promote a high-performance engineering culture through mentorship, collaboration, and technical leadership. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role. Deep expertise in C#/.NET Core and Angular, with strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools such as AKS, Terraform, Pulumi, and modern CI/CD pipelines. Proven experience building robust APIs and data integration frameworks (REST, GraphQL, OData). Expertise in software security and secure coding best practices. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated success bridging technical and business priorities to deliver scalable, high-impact platforms.
