Job Description: Our Senior Director of Product & Content Marketing will play a key role in defining and amplifying our global narrative, product positioning, and go-to-market execution. This high-impact leadership role blends strategy and hands-on execution, shaping messaging, content strategy, and sales enablement initiatives that drive demand, engagement, and revenue. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership, you will ensure alignment across functions and serve as the voice of the market within the organization. What You’ll Do: Own and evolve the company’s global product and solution positioning, including narrative development, competitive differentiation, and thought leadership. Lead an AI-driven content and messaging strategy across the buyer journey, delivering assets such as executive narratives, sales tools, customer stories, and product storytelling. Define and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, new segments, and strategic initiatives in close partnership with Sales, Product, and Growth Marketing. Translate complex product capabilities into persuasive, clear messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers and accelerates sales cycles. Serve as executive owner of messaging assets (pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, demo narratives), ensuring consistency across functions and channels. Build and scale a performance-driven content engine across digital, social, paid, and event channels, leveraging AI to accelerate production and personalization. Embed product marketing in pipeline reviews, win/loss analysis, customer research, and field interviews to continuously refine strategy and positioning. Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of product marketers and content creators, establishing scalable best practices and processes. Represent the voice of the market at the leadership table, bringing competitive, customer, and market insights to influence product and growth strategies. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing or GTM leadership experience, with proven success in messaging, content strategy, and sales enablement at scale. Demonstrated success building compelling positioning and narratives for complex enterprise solutions in multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales environments. An AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI agents, research tools, and content automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer). Proven ability to develop executive-ready content across multiple channels, including websites, campaigns, sales decks, social media, and events. Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams in high-growth environments. Exceptional storytelling, communication, and executive presence, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders. Deep collaboration experience with Sales and Enablement functions, including pipeline ownership, customer engagement, and enterprise enablement strategy. Data-informed, outcome-oriented approach with a track record of tying marketing efforts to business KPIs and iterating based on feedback. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Bonus: Experience in legal tech, fintech, enterprise SaaS, or professional services; experience marketing to CFOs, CIOs, GCs, or legal ops leaders.
