In this role, you’ll develop the content, research, and activation programs that help move deals forward, engage customers, and accelerate adoption of our cloud solutions. Reporting into the Product Marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and across Marketing to create high-impact materials — from sales decks and one-pagers to tailored event collateral and competitive insights. You’ll play a hands-on role in ABM campaigns, customer upsell motions, and curated customer events, ensuring our teams are armed with the right content and intelligence at every stage of the buyer journey. We’re seeking someone who brings not only strong writing and presentation skills, but also the ability to think like the field — understanding customers’ priorities, challenges, and language, and translating that into content that moves deals forward. This is a manager-level role with wide visibility and the chance to directly influence revenue outcomes. Work Arrangement: Remote Responsibilities Create high-quality sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, playbooks, and campaign assets. Develop customized assets for priority accounts — tailoring messaging, decks, and proposals to reflect account-specific needs, challenges, and opportunities. Produce upsell, cross-sell, and cloud migration content aligned to customer journeys. Build content for curated customer events, workshops, and executive roundtables, ensuring materials are tailored to audience priorities. Maintain and regularly update a library of sales and marketing content that reflects the latest product capabilities, market insights, and customer success stories. Conduct customer segment research to uncover trends, buying behaviors, and decision-making criteria that shape GTM strategy. Perform competitive research and create simple, actionable intelligence that enables Sales to differentiate effectively. Deliver account-specific research and briefing materials for strategic pursuits and executive engagement. Document and share insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing to influence positioning, content, and campaign strategy. Work directly with sales teams to understand deal cycles, customer objections, and content gaps. Support ABM motions by delivering targeted content, executive summaries, and personalized outreach materials for top accounts. Join select sales calls, account planning sessions, and field activities to bring customer context back into content creation. Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to ensure field teams can easily access, adopt, and measure content usage. Act as a trusted partner to sales leaders, proactively identifying and producing the content that helps accelerate deals. Collaborate with Campaign lead to align field activations and campaigns with GTM priorities. Develop messaging and content for pre- and post-event engagement, ensuring continuity between marketing programs and sales follow-up. Support customer-facing events, roadshows, and workshops with presentations, collateral, and tailored messaging. Track effectiveness of activation efforts (asset usage, pipeline impact, deal velocity) and optimize content based on feedback. Work with Product Marketing to translate product value propositions into clear, customer-ready narratives. Partner with Customer Marketing to leverage case studies, references, and advocacy content for field use. Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints by aligning closely with Product, Sales, and Campaign teams.
