Full Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Associate to oversee and manage our online sales channels, primarily Amazon and Walmart Marketplace. This role is responsible for day-to-day store operations, listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and performance optimization to drive consistent revenue growth while maintaining account health. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon and Walmart (titles, descriptions, images, variations) • Create new listings and optimize existing ones for search and conversion • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment • Manage pricing, promotions, and repricing strategies • Handle order issues, cancellations, returns, and customer messages • Monitor account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics • Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalog issues • Coordinate with internal teams on fulfillment, shipping, and product availability • Generate basic sales and performance reports Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Marketplace • Strong attention to detail and organization • Understanding of product listings, SKUs, and inventory workflows • Ability to troubleshoot account and listing issues independently • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting • Strong written communication skills • Reliable, self-motivated, and deadline-driven Preferred (Nice to Have) • Experience with repricing tools or inventory software • Familiarity with FBA, FBM, and Walmart Fulfillment Services • Experience in electronics or consumer goods • Basic understanding of advertising (Amazon PPC / Walmart Ads) Work Type • Remote • Part-time Job Type: Part-time Pay: $23.24 - $27.99 per hour Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week Work Location: Remote
