We are a fast-paced staffing agency in new York and new jersey seeking a reliable and organized Field Manager to oversee and support our temporary employees at various job sites. This role involves visiting worksites, helping onboard new hires, ensuring attendance, and maintaining client satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Visit job sites to check in with staff and clients • Help set up and onboard new workers on-site • Ensure employees are present and following site rules • Act as a liaison between clients and the staffing office • Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Strong communication and people skills • Able to work early mornings or flexible hours as needed • Experience in staffing or field coordination is a plus Benefits: • Competitive pay • Mileage and car reimbursement • Opportunities for advancement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $62,329.79 - $75,063.84 per year Work Location: On the road
