Junior Digital Marketing Generalist Who We Are We are a team of problem-solvers and data-driven marketers at Elite Results Marketing. We specialize in Google Relationship Optimization (GRO) and are committed to working hard to ensure our clients succeed. We are looking for highly motivated, driven individuals who want to grow and make an impact. What We’re Looking For We need a Junior Digital Marketing Generalist who thrives on variety. You aren't expected to be the world's leading expert in SEO, PPC, and Web Design simultaneously. You are expected to be the person who can fix a WordPress plugin, run a technical SEO audit, and set up a Google Ads campaign shell—all in the same afternoon. We provide training, but you must be willing to learn. You will report directly to our Project Manager, who directs your workflow. Your work directly supports our Department Leads, clearing the path for them to focus on high-level strategy. Key Responsibilities This role is the backbone of our production team. • Workflow Management: You assess tasks from SEO, PPC, and Dev, executing the setup and maintenance work so Leads are never waiting on you. You must identify and prioritize tasks to prevent bottlenecks. • PPC Infrastructure: Own the setup of Google Ads campaign shells (Keywords, Ad Copy, Settings) and ensure tracking (GTM/GA4) is firing correctly before a campaign goes live. • SEO Foundation: Conduct technical audits (Screaming Frog/Ahrefs), implement on-page optimizations, and manage Google Business Profiles. • Web Agility: Handle content uploads, plugin updates, and basic visual changes in WordPress (Oxygen/Elementor). You act as the QA gatekeeper before launches. • Triaging: Act as the first line of defense for support tickets—solving simple issues and escalating complex ones to the right Specialist. Work Environment & Expectations (Please Read) • Context Switching: You will change tasks frequently. You must be comfortable switching between creative and analytical modes without getting overwhelmed. • Schedule: This is a remote position, but you must be available for team meetings Monday–Thursday mornings (CST). • Resourcefulness: We value the ability to "figure it out." If you don't know the answer, your first instinct should be to research the solution. Requirements • Foundational knowledge of SEO (Metadata, GMB), PPC (Campaign structure), and Web Design. • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Google Docs/Sheets, WordPress, and project management tools. • 1+ years of general digital marketing experience (Agency experience preferred). • Experience launching at least one WordPress website and setting up one Google Ads campaign. Compensation • Base Pay: $36,000–$42,000 annually, depending on experience. • Incentives: Quarterly growth incentive opportunities (estimated $1,000–$3,000 per quarter). • Growth: This role is designed as an incubator. You will gain experience in SEO, PPC, and Design, with the opportunity to specialize into a Lead role as the agency expands.
