Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated General Laborers to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will support daily operations across the factory, assisting with assembly, material handling, and equipment maintenance. Your hands-on approach and mechanical aptitude will help ensure smooth production processes, safety compliance, and high-quality output. Responsibilities • Perform labeling of products, boxes, and materials according to company specifications • Operate shrink-wrapping equipment to package items securely and neatly • Inspect products for correct labeling, packaging quality, and accuracy • Prepare materials and organize items for shipment or storage • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines • Assist with loading/unloading, sorting, and general warehouse tasks as needed • Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements • Report any damaged products or equipment issues to the supervisor Responsibilities: • Label, shrink-wrap, and package products according to company standards • Perform general warehouse duties including sorting, stacking, and organizing materials • Load and unload products, including heavy items • Maintain a clean and safe work area while following safety procedures • Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as needed Requirements: • Previous warehouse experience preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Join us as a General Laborer and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing quality products efficiently!
