Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures. • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently. • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth. • Verify insurance coverage and handle billing-related questions. • Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate treatment plans. • Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient flow and satisfaction. • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment. Qualifications: • Experience in a dental or medical office preferred. • Knowledge of dental insurance and billing is a plus. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Proficiency with scheduling software and patient management systems. • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
