Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Vendor Representative Agent to support surgical operations by preparing and delivering critical medical devices within hospital surgical suites. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with medical knowledge who can work effectively in fast-paced surgical environments while maintaining the highest standards of safety and precision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Prepare, organize, and deliver medical devices to surgical teams for procedures · Provide technical support and guidance on proper device usage to surgical staff · Maintain accurate inventory of medical devices and surgical instruments · Inspect and categorize medical devices, identifying small notations, markings, and specifications · Ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards before surgical use · Coordinate with surgical teams to anticipate device needs for upcoming procedures · Document device usage, maintenance, and any issues encountered during procedures · Travel to various hospital locations as assigned to provide on-site support Required Qualifications · Demonstrated high sense of responsibility and accountability in personal and professional settings, with ability to handle critical medical equipment and patient safety responsibilities · Bachelor degree or equivalent required; healthcare-related education preferred · Basic hospital and medical knowledge with understanding of surgical environments · Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly · Valid driver's license with clean driving record · Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal · Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify small markings and specifications on medical devices · Strong visual acuity for precise device inspection and categorization · Willingness to travel to multiple hospital locations as needed Preferred Qualifications · Previous experience in healthcare, medical device, or hospital environment · Knowledge of surgical instruments and medical device regulations · Experience working in sterile environments Physical Requirements · Ability to stand for extended periods during surgical procedures · Manual dexterity for handling delicate medical instruments · Visual acuity sufficient to read small device markings and specifications · Physical capability to lift, carry, and maneuver medical equipment up to 50 pounds · Ability to work in various hospital environments including surgical suites Special Requirements · Must be able to obtain and maintain required medical certifications for surgical suite access · Willingness to complete ongoing training and certification programs · Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call availability · Must pass background check and drug screening · Compliance with all hospital safety protocols and infection control measures Working Conditions · Fast-paced surgical environment requiring high attention to detail · Exposure to medical equipment and sterile environments · Travel between multiple hospital locations · May require standing for extended periods during surgical procedures
