We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to own the full-cycle recruitment process across all divisions — including full-time, part-time, seasonal, and contract roles. This is a hands-on, high-volume recruiting role that partners directly with leadership and hiring managers to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality hiring practices that reflect the company’s culture and service standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic and execution-focused recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously, and is passionate about elevating the candidate and hiring manager experience. This role will report to the founders in a hybrid work setting with 1-2 days in our Flushing, NY office. WHAT YOU WILL DO Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open roles across multiple departments — from forecasting and requisition to offer and onboarding. Partner directly with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and prioritize hiring requests. Develop and post job descriptions across recruiting channels. Source and screen candidates for all levels, ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience. Schedule, coordinate, and conduct interviews for both front-line and management roles. Lead and facilitate interview training sessions for hiring managers. Oversee offer process, background checks, and initiate onboarding in collaboration with HR. Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, hiring volume, etc.). Recommend process improvements and tools to streamline recruiting operations. Represent Elite’s employer brand with professionalism and consistency in all candidate and partner interactions. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 4–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in hospitality, fitness, or service-based industries. Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting independently across multiple functions and locations. Experience with Breezy HR or similar applicant tracking systems. Strong understanding of employment laws and interview compliance practices. Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills. Comfortable training and influencing hiring managers at all levels of the organization. Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, Adobe Acrobat, Checkr and Microsoft/Google Suite tools preferred. Ability to balance speed, quality, and compliance in a fast-paced environment. WHAT WE OFFER $95,000 to $110,000 annually Accrued PTO and paid sick days for eligible employees.
