📍 Location: 100% Remote 📅 Duration: 12 Months 💼 Employment Type: W2 🎥 Interview: Virtual ⚠️ Important: Candidates must be eligible for W2 employment, meet E-Verify requirements, and have or work authorization. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Ruby on Rails, DevOps, and AI-assisted software development. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, establish development standards, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and leverage AI tools to improve development speed, code quality, and operational efficiency. 🔑 Key Requirements ✅ 5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience ✅ Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails ✅ Experience with Node.js, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and ORM tools ✅ 3+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role ✅ Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and Kubernetes ✅ Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI ✅ Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools ✅ Strong understanding of Git, code reviews, development standards, and Agile practices ✅ Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, and documentation ✅ Ability to provide technical guidance, improve application scalability, and reduce technical debt 🎯 What You'll Do 🔹 Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications 🔹 Establish coding standards and conduct code reviews 🔹 Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes 🔹 Improve cloud infrastructure, application performance, security, and reliability 🔹 Integrate AI tools into development and DevOps workflows 🔹 Serve as a technical resource and collaborate with cross-functional teams
