As a Support Specialist, you will offer an array of restorative skill building activities and support to rebuild communication proficiency, social & behavioral skills, self help abilities, and management of daily life activities. Responsibilities: • Provide direct support to individuals with medical, physical, cognitive, and socioemotional needs in completing daily activities, including personal care, meal prep, cleaning, and leisure • Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed, promoting independence and personal growth • Administer medications in accordance with MAP regulations and report any significant health, behavioral, or psychiatric concerns • Perform routine housekeeping tasks and report all maintenance or safety issues to ensure a clean and safe environment Qualifications: • Requires a High School Diploma • Experience working with adults with cognitive, behavioral, or developmental issues. • Valid Massachusetts Drivers License Schedule: • Thursday-Monday, 3pm-11pm (40 hours) • Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-4pm (40 hours) • Friday-Monday, 8am- 4pm (32 hours) Hourly Rate: $20.50 USD - $20.50 USD At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
