Our Brain Injury residential programs provide high-quality, innovative programming that help adults with brain injuries enhance their lives, develop skills, and engage in community activities while building supportive relationships. Responsibilities: • Assist clients with tasks of daily living to include personal care, meals and ambulation • Ensure a safe living environment, providing interventions and assistance to maintain safety • Support clients in integrating into their communities by utilizing community resources, encouraging memberships, and personal relationships • Assist clients with medical and physical needs • Help clients participate in activities, attend medical appointments, and maintain meaningful family and community connections Qualifications: • High School diploma and one year experience working with adults with cognitive, behavioral or developmental issues • Valid Massachusetts drivers license • Medication Administration certification preferred Schedule: Various shifts available Hourly Rate: $20 USD - $20 USD At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
