Operating Room Nurse Manager 📍 Indianapolis, IN Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights, No Weekends We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operating Room Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations at our Outpatient Surgery Center in Indianapolis, IN. This position oversees both surgical services and perioperative areas, including Pre-op, Post-op, and PACU. If you’re a circulating RN with strong OR leadership experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team with predictable weekday hours and no nights or weekends. 👥 Team Oversight This Nurse Manager is responsible for daily operations and leadership of approximately 53 direct reports 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the OR and perioperative teams in a busy outpatient surgery center • Ensure safe, efficient patient care and smooth daily workflow • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and performance management • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other clinical leaders • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety protocols • Manage staffing, scheduling, and quality improvement initiatives 📋 Required Qualifications • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an ACEN or CCNE-accredited program • Active Indiana or Compact RN license • CNOR certification required • BLS and ACLS certifications required • 4–6 years of perioperative/OR nursing experience required • 6–8 years preferred, including direct supervisory experience in an OR setting • Strong background as a circulating nurse in a surgical environment 🌟 Why Join Us? • Leadership role in a well-established outpatient surgery center • Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call • Supportive team environment focused on quality care and outcomes • Make a meaningful impact in patient experience and surgical excellence 📝 Apply now or reach out directly to learn more about joining our team in Indianapolis.
