This role ensures structure, visibility, and accountability across workstreams—turning leadership vision into well-run, measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with the President NA and enterprise Chief of Staff to maintain alignment, support decision-making, and elevate the quality of initiative delivery. What You’ll Do Project Execution • Build full-scale project plans, scopes, timelines, and KPIs • Manage cross-functional schedules and ensure on-time delivery • Keep initiative trackers updated with precision and alignment to leadership • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support recommendations and decision-making Tracking & Reporting • Maintain dashboards and PMO trackers across milestones and KPIs • Identify risks, impacts, and blockers early—and escalate appropriately • Prepare accurate, concise updates for Strategic Imperatives / Steering Committee reviews Coordination & Communication • Facilitate meetings with agendas, notes, and action-item discipline • Ensure clear alignment between initiative teams and leadership • Support creation of executive-ready updates and review materials Continuous Improvement • Refine PMO processes, templates, and reporting standards • Share best practices across workstreams to strengthen execution What You Bring • 4–5 years in PMO, project coordination, program support, operations, or consulting — or 2+ years in management consulting • Exceptional organization, structure, and attention to detail • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PMO tools (Power BI, Monday.com, etc.) • Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with comfort managing ambiguity
