Segment Implementation Manager (SIM) The Role at a Glance Elior North America is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Segment Implementation Manager (Procurement and Supply Chain Operations) to support their assigned segment in critical areas of product and vendor compliance, service support, product availability and inventory, and account openings/closings. This role requires a strong understanding of Elior’s supply chain processes and will work closely with the Procurement team, including the Director of Distribution, as well as segment leadership. The SIM will play a key role in strengthening compliance, resolving service-related challenges, and supporting seamless unit openings and closings while driving operational efficiency across the segment. What You’ll Be Doing Compliance: Product & Vendor • Develop strategies to enhance product and vendor compliance. • Identify and address leakage opportunities at the district or unit level. • Provide reports on compliance percentages and opportunities for improvement. • Manage vendor requests and facilitate conversions to approved distribution programs. Problem Solving & Service Support • Resolve service-related issues tied to food and supplies procurement. • Address financial issues such as incorrect invoices. • Support disaster preparedness and recovery activities. • Collaborate with ENA Quality Assurance to resolve food QA concerns. • Monitor product recalls to ensure unit compliance with notices. Product Availability & Inventory • Collaborate with Procurement, Culinary, and Operations teams on planning and execution of business events. • Ensure product shifts and forecasts are executed accurately. • Manage slow or excess inventory lists to minimize costs. • Provide usage projections to distributors in coordination with segment teams. Account Openings & Closings • Represent Procurement in opening calls with Operations teams. • Share vendor resources, policies, and systems for new units. • Ensure proper vendor setup in CORE and order platform readiness. • Notify vendors of new unit openings and closings, including coordinating equipment pickup and outstanding invoices. Segment-Specific Support • Execute additional procurement-related activities as assigned by the segment. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent relevant experience. • 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or foodservice operations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook). • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Team player with a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in food service operations or procurement within a multi-unit organization. • Knowledge of vendor compliance programs and distribution systems. Compensation Compensation for this role is $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 commensurate with experience. Work Location This position may be based in Houston, TX; Pittsburgh, PA; Minneapolis, MN; or Jackson, MS. The corporate office in Houston is located at 4920 Westway Park Blvd, Suite 150. The role requires four days per week in the office, with the option to work remotely one day per week.
